Terms of Service
Effective 2026-07-16 · Last updated 2026-07-16 · FullBoard (fullboard.gg)
These Terms govern your use of FullBoard (fullboard.gg). By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What FullBoard is
FullBoard is a board where tabletop trading card game players in El Paso, TX post (“open a table”) and join in-person games at local game stores, coordinate over comments and messages, and build a lightweight social layer around real play.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and anything that happens under it. Keep your password secure. One person, one account — we reserve the right to act on duplicate or impersonating accounts.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give FullBoard a license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service (for example, showing your table to other users and sending notifications about it). You’re solely responsible for your content and must have the right to post it.
Don’t post content that:
- Is hateful, harassing, or a slur — an automated filter runs on all public surfaces, and it’s a backstop, not the standard.
- Infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights (Section 7).
- Is spam, or abuses notifications/invites to spam other users.
- Impersonates another person or store.
- Facilitates illegal activity.
Direct messages are not filtered by the automated moderation system — they’re between you and a mutual friend, and blocking cuts contact instantly. Report abusive DMs with the in-app Report tool; reported messages become visible to our admin for review.
5. Location and check-ins
Checking in at a store shares your location once so we can confirm you’re nearby; we then discard it (see the Privacy Policy). We don’t verify that your device’s location is accurate — headcounts reflect what your browser reports.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content or suspend/ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. Any user can report a table, comment, profile, community post, or DM. Community owners moderate their own communities. The platform admin reviews reports, can remove content, and can ban accounts. A ban blocks posting, joining, commenting, and messaging; banned status is not announced to other users.
7. Copyright (DMCA)
FullBoard responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in user-generated content. To file a notice, email privacy@fullboard.gg with: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a good-faith-belief statement; and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act. We’ll remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it; counter-notices may be submitted under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
8. Termination
You can stop using FullBoard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To close and delete your account, email privacy@fullboard.gg.
9. Disclaimers
FullBoard connects players to in-person games; we are not responsible for what happens at those games or store visits. We don’t run background checks on users. Use your own judgment when meeting people from the app, especially at first. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes or incidents arising from in-person meetups arranged through the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app for active users; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Community Guidelines
The letter of the law above is backed by a simple standard: play well with others.
- Show up for tables you join; cancel with notice if you can’t make it.
- Keep public spaces welcoming — the word filter catches the worst of it, but it’s a backstop, not the standard.
- Store check-ins and headcounts are for real attendance, not gaming the numbers.
- Report, don’t retaliate — the admin queue exists so problems get handled without public fights.
- Community owners set the tone for their space, but the platform-wide standard (no slurs or hate, no harassment) always applies, even in private communities.
These guidelines are enforced under Section 6 above.
